Vacuum distillation equipment
Time of issue: July 23, 2016
Vacuum distillation equipment is an important method for separation and purification of compounds, especially for the separation and purification of high boiling point substances and those compounds which have been decomposed, oxidized or polymerized before reaching the boiling point in atmospheric distillation.
The common reflux methods are cold reflux, hot reflux, middle circulation reflux, secondary condensation cooling, tower top circulation reflux, etc.
Vacuum distillation equipment and atmospheric distillation equipment:
1. Vacuum distillation. The atmospheric heavy oil is heated to about 410 ℃ by the heating furnace, and then goes into the vacuum distillation tower and distilled at the absolute pressure of about 8.799 kPa (60 mmHg) to distill the lubricating oil feedstock of cracking feedstock, and the residual oil is vacuum residue.
2. Crude oil pretreatment. The mixed water and salts in crude oil were removed by electrochemical method under the combined action of chemical substances and high voltage electric field.
Atmospheric distillation. Crude oil is heated to about 370 ℃ in the heating furnace and sent to atmospheric distillation tower. Gasoline and diesel fractions with lower boiling point are distilled under atmospheric pressure (1 atmospheric pressure). The residual oil is atmospheric heavy oil.
